Dispatch & Delivery

We constantly strive to provide a great, friendly delivery and collection service.

When will my order be dispatched?

All deliveries to mainland UK are free. We always aim to dispatch your order by the following business day. Occasionally we may dispatch your order within 2 working days.

We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales. However delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Chillaxx shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated time-scales. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Our couriers deliver on business days (unless otherwise stated) so your order may arrive any time between 8am and 7.00pm. If you have more than one item on order these may be dispatched from several locations and therefore may arrive separately.

How will I know when my order is due for delivery?

We use Interlink Express for our deliveries. Interlink Express provide 1 hour time slots for deliveries which will be texted to the number you provided during checkout on the morning of the delivery. This will also give you the option to reschedule deliveries and add instructions. There is also full tracking (via links on texts) so you can see when an item is out for delivery, when it has been signed, who signed etc...

Named day delivery?

That's not a problem for us. Please let us know just before you place your order and we will dispatch your order to be delivered on the day you've requested. Normal manufacturing and dispatch timescales will still apply.

Please also note that we have a Saturday delivery option for an additional charge. This is available for selection during checkout.

Can you ship to an alternate delivery address to the registered Card Holder's address?

Yes, in most instances we can ship to a different delivery address, this option is available at checkout. However, at our descretion some high value orders will only be shipped to the card holder address.

Can you ship to an International Address?

For low-quantity orders, we cannot.

What happens if I am not in when a delivery attempt is made?

A signature will be required by an adult aged 18 or over on delivery. Deliveries will usually be made on Mondays to Fridays between 8am and 7pm. The Courier will usually leave a card stating the date and time they called. Please contact the number on the card to arrange a second delivery. After 3 failed delivery attempts, your items will be returned to our warehouse, at which point you may be charged for further delivery attempts.

Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the day when the products are delivered or on the date of the first attempted delivery by us.
